A number of local and national radio presenters are helping launch a temporary student radio station in Dublin.
Newstalk’s Tom Dunne and Henry McKean, who both went to the college will take part in the launch evening of Griff FM at Griffith College Dublin’s Faculty of Journalism. Sinead Ryan from Women On Air will also address the students to wish them all the best in their broadcasting careers.
Former student and current 98FM presenter Barry Dunne will also be there.
The station starts on January 25th on 97.3fm and the launch party takes place in Arthur’s Bar and Restaurant on Monday 27th.
Griff FM will continue until the 2nd of February.
