Q102’s Ernie Gallagher is returning to late night radio next week to cover Dee Woods on Nova Nights.
Ernie, best known for ten years of covering The Love Zone on Q102, will host the show from 7pm with two hours of 80s, and concludes with Nova’s Wind Down at 11pm and the Classic Album at Midnight.
Speaking to RadioToday, Ernie said: “I’m really looking forward to getting back to night-time radio, and it’s going to be great to be doing it on Nova. I’ve never experienced such an active audience as Nova’s – everyone seems to be listening to the station.
“I’m regularly asked by people who used to listen to me on Q102 if I’m ever going to return to night-time radio and now I can give them their answer.”
Ernie has previously worked on East Coast, Century, Dublin’s Country 106.8 as well as Energy 103 and the original Sunshine Radio in the 1980s. Earlier this week he was working on JACK 2 in England.
