Classic Hits 4fm’s presenter Niall Boylan has made the front page of the Irish Mirror today with the headline “Nuns hid my secret sister for 20 years”.
The story says the late night presenter was “left in shock” after discovering he has a sister – more than 20 years after he began searching for his family.
Niall was born in a in a mother and baby home and has been searching for his biological mother. Just this week the Child and Family Agency told him he has a sister.
Niall told the Irish Sunday Mirror: “It’s like somebody dropping a bomb on you. After 20 years they tell me this. It just makes me really, really angry that there are people all over this country who have brothers and sisters and they have no idea who they are.
“And they’re not willing to part with the information.”
