Communicorp’s Newstalk is offering a lunch date with George Hook and his wife to five couples.
The station has been asking for people to email details of how they met their ‘other half’ and the winners will be announced tomorrow, Tuesday Feb 7th.
Then the five couples will have a special Valentine’s Sunday lunch with George Hook and Ingrid at their favourite date night restaurant – Bistro One in Foxrock.
Ingrid and George first set eyes on each other at a dance. George asked her up to dance however she refused. He persisted and eventually won her heart and they will be 48 years married this March.
