Clare FM Flash Mob take over Shannon Airport

Clare FM recently organised a treat for those who were jetting off for the long weekend by bringing 100 of the county’s most talented young dancers together for a flashmob.

It all happened at Shannon Airport on Friday morning, to help launch Clare FM’s Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann’s schedule.

From Monday August 14th the Lunchtime sessions returns from 1:15 pm and will broadcast each day of the Fleadh, while the West Wind will broadcast every night from 7-9pm. Both these shows will be broadcast from a special marque in Francis Street in Ennis.

Speaking from the airport, Clare FM’s Head of Operations & Programme Director Padraic Flaherty said: “Today launches Clare FM’s Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann schedule, this Flash Mob has been weeks in the making and we are thrilled with how it turned out. Special praise is needed for the wonderful kids that took part who are all great dancers, a massive thank you to their parents as well. Roll on the Fleadh”.
