It’s not known if it was a serious question or intended as a joke, but a Facebook status by Radio Kerry yesterday has been ‘doing the rounds’.
The station asked: “Are you still without phone and internet service following the recent storms? If so get in touch with Kerry Today now by emailing kerrytoday@radiokerry.ie or call 066 7191220”
Replies centred about the irony of the station asking for phone calls and emails if listeners had lost phone and internet services.
Even more surprising is some of the replies which said they had “no internet” but Facebook is still working.
