Radio Kerry competition gives Dingle firm €3,000

Dingle Sea Safari has won €3,000 of business support through Radio Kerry and CSG’s Working Together initiative.

The result was announced during the Working Together Grand Final at CSG in Tralee, broadcast live on Radio Kerry’s Kerry Today programme with Jerry O’Sullivan.

Six Kerry businesses and organisations reached the final following a countywide campaign. They were Dingle Sea Safari, Demorris Ltd, Adams of Tralee, The Laurels Pub & Restaurant, Autism Friendly Kerry and OCON Projects.

Each finalist was given one minute during the live programme to explain their organisation and what the support package could do for them.

Dingle Sea Safari was represented by family member and marketing manager Jamie Ó Flannúra.

Jamie said: “We are absolutely delighted to win the Working Together 2026 award. As a family run business, the CSG Advisory Package will help us plan for the long term and future proof Dingle Sea Safari for the next generation.”

The Working Together initiative started in September, with businesses, charities and community organisations across Kerry invited to register.

Radio Kerry then randomly called registered organisations during its daytime programmes, giving them one hour to contact the station and qualify for the draw. A total of 35 businesses successfully qualified before the six finalists were chosen.

Úna McShane, Partner, Practice Development at CSG, said the initiative provides practical support for local organisations and added that CSG was looking forward to working with Jamie and the Flannery family.

Radio Kerry said it would now work with Dingle Sea Safari to promote the business as part of the €3,000 support package.
