Red FM patrollers mentioned on BBC Radio 2

Graham Norton has been talking about Irish radio traffic reports on his national BBC Radio 2 show in the UK, with particular comments made about Cork’s Red FM.

During the informal discussion the well-known television and radio host commented how Red FM has travel news even when there is no travel news to report.

“I was listening to a station called Red FM. They were out and about, they have Red Patrollers, they would say Now over to Siobhain any problems to report Siobhain?” To which he said the reply would be “no”.
