Live 95 celebrates recent station events

Seven out of 10 people are listening to Limerick’s Live 95, and station Chief Executive Joe Nash recalls recent highlights for RadioToday.

“In March, Joanne Dillon from Raheen won her very own wedding reception in the ‘Runaway Bride’ competition, ‘Free fuel Friday’ saw hundreds of people head to Tara Oil on the Dock road to win their share of over €4,000 in free fuel and the station sent two lucky listeners to Marseille with flights, accommodation and spending money to enjoy the Heineken Cup Semi-final match between Munster and Toulon.

Over the last few weeks, Live 95FM’s Breakfast Show listeners have battled it out to guess who is ‘Mark and Catriona’s Secret Celebrity’ voice, the prize money is at its highest ever and is over €2,200.  Stay tuned for some clues to help you out.

Live 95FM has kept listeners up to date with all the latest sport and joined forces recently with rugby legends Marcus Horan and Barry Murphy for a ‘live’ panel discussion ahead of Munster’s big semi final clash with Toulon. The sports team were ‘live’ from Marseille all weekend and created an atmosphere that allowed listeners to feel like they were actually in France.
