Dublin’s Q102 has introduced two new weekend shows, including an entertainment show hosted by Nicola Bardon from The Irish Sun.
The radio station is making use of its shared ownership with the newspaper as the journalist fronts an hour each Saturday morning with stories from the week and the entertainment stories of the day.
Also, a new 80s party show will air each Friday and Saturday night from 7pm. Debbie Allen hosts The Feel Good 80s Party on Fridays and Lisa Armstrong on Saturdays.
Commenting on the changes Q102 Assistant Programme Director Matt Dempsey told RadioToady: “We’re excited about the fresh new sound at the weekend and the feedback so far has been amazing. It’s great to cement our Feel Good output.”
