Ross Browne joins KC on Cork’s 96FM breakfast

Comedian Ross Browne will co-present Cork’s 96FM’s new breakfast show with Keith Cunningham.

The All New KC Show will launch on Monday 3rd July 2017 and will be fronted by the former Red FM and Today FM presenter and now comedian Ross Browne.

Browne, who has presented a daily comedy slot on the current 96FM Breakfast Show for the past 18 months, starred in all four seasons of RTÉ 2 television’s award-winning hidden camera show, The Fear. He has also appeared on various other TV and radio programmes as well as in his own stand-up show.

Ross Browne said “I’m delighted to be taking on the role of co-host of The All New KC show on Cork’s 96FM. If for no other reason than I have to see less of my wife!! Myself and KC have known each other for years. We’ve bonded so much already, I’m the big spoon. What we are going to bring to the people of Cork each morning is mighty craic, great banter and a dollop of bromance.”

KC added: “Ross has spent many years building his career on Television, online, starring in massive Irish movies like ‘The Young Offenders’ and more recently on Cork’s 96FM. He’s a professional messer, a pure Cork lad and a very hard worker. I’m bursting to get back doing what I love the most and having Ross on the show is great. We just need to find the right time to break the news to him that it’s a live 6am start!!”
