It’s all change for breakfast listeners in the Premier County, with Tipp FM launching a new breakfast show for the station.
The Breakfast BLT with Brian and Lorraine kicked off Monday 2nd March with the promise of a new sound for the early morning listener in Tipperary.
The new show is presented by Brian Moss and Lorraine Murphy – both newcomers to Tipp FM, who recently updated their station branding/logo.
Moss and Murphy come with considerable experience having both worked in a number of stations previously, including WLR FM, Clare FM and Red FM. Commenting on the new show, the new breakfast team were keen to point out their excitement.
Brian Moss said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be waking the Premier County up every morning! Tipp FM has some great plans in place and we love the direction the station is going in. With a strong schedule already in existence, we’re delighted to be a part of something new and exciting, and just can’t wait to get started”.
Lorrain Murphy added: “We’re really excited to be joining the Tipp FM team. The new show promises to be a lot of fun, as we hope to have some craic with the people of Tipperary every weekday morning! Tipp FM is a really ambitious station and that certainly goes hand in hand with our ideas for the show”.
Commenting on the new show, Fran Curry General Manager of Tipp FM said: “We are delighted to have Brian and Lorraine on board at Tipp FM and we know Tipperary listeners will really warm to their upbeat and energetic style. Tipp FM has always had a really strong breakfast show and a history of backing and developing new talent, and we certainly feel Brian and Lorraine will bring something new and different the breakfast listener”.
Listeners can tune into The Breakfast BLT with Brian and Lorraine Weekdays from 6am.
