Speakers at the upcoming Radio Days Ireland event include Communicorp CEO Gervaise Slowey and BAI CEO Michael O’Keeffe, plus bosses from Twitter and Google.
Management from Classic Hits 4FM, LMFM, Beat, Q102, WLRFM, BBC Radio Ulster and Radio Kerry will also be part of the schedule, along with representatives from Newstalk, RTÉ and Red FM.

Dennis Clark, Vice President of Talent Development at iHeartMedia in the USA will hold a session titled “Developing and Managing Talent in your Station”, Nessa McGann, Chairperson of Learning Waves Skillnet will open the event on Day 1 and John Purcell will welcome delegates on Day 2.
Nick Ferrari, breakfast presenter at LBC in the UK will interview Red FM’s Neil Prendeville and there’ll be a session about online and social media channels, with representatives from Google and Twitter.
Radio Days Ireland is brought to you by the Independent Broadcasters of Ireland (IBI) and Learning Waves Skillnet, the training body for the Independent Commercial Radio Sector in Ireland.
This radio conference will be held in the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Dublin on October 17th and 18th. The conference will begin on Monday afternoon with a conference dinner Monday night and post-dinner entertainment by Frances Black and Family. It will recommence on Tuesday morning with more sessions and will finish at 2pm on Tuesday.
