Dublin’s Q102 in conjunction with Blue Insurance and Karmann Volkswagen are giving away a brand new Volkswagen Golf to one lucky listener in June.
The competition, which runs from next Tuesday, June 2nd to Wednesday, June 17th, will involve the station parking the VW Golf at various secret locations around the capital.
Listeners to the UTV-owned station will be given 3 clues to the location of the car each day, and if they track down the car and give the driver the correct password, they’ll qualify for the grand finalé.
The correct password is the station’s newest slogan, “Q102 – The right song, right now”!
The grand finalé will take place at the premises of competition sponsor Karmann Volkswagen, at Junction 5 (off the M50 motorway) on Friday 19th of June.
The competition is also open to listeners who can’t get away from the office or home to find the car – they can text “GOLF” and their name, followed by their guess at the location to 57102 (at a cost of 20 cent) to be entered in a daily draw, which takes place at 5:30pm, to be added to the grand finalé.
