Communicorp COO Caroline Reynolds to depart

Caroline Reynolds, Communicorp’s chief operating officer, is leaving the company at the end of the month.

The Irish Times says Ms Reynolds is leaving for another job and a replacement is not being appointed.

Caroline Reynolds was appointed COO at the radio group in September last year, having originally joined Communicorp in July 2014 as Director of Acquisition & Investment assessing and identifying opportunities for the Group. From January 2015 to September 2016, Caroline worked with many of the companies across Communicorp supporting their management teams.

Prior to joining Communicorp, Caroline held the position of Head of Corporate Finance with Digicel out of their head office in Jamaica. She was a member of the team driving the group expansion into new markets across the Caribbean and South American with particular responsibility for Investor Relations.

New Communicorp chief executive Adrian Serle, former Chief Executive of the UK media company Orion Media, has made a number of management changes since joining at the end of last year.
