
Ryan Tubridy tops highest earners list at RTÉ
RTÉ Radio 1 is the place to be in Irish radio if you want to be a top earner in the industry, with the top 6 places filled by presenters at the station.
Ryan Tubridy was the highest paid presenter at RTÉ in 2016, according to the latest published figures.
Ryan was on €495,000, up €50k from 2015 to 2016, for his daily radio show and hosting the Late Late Show on TV.
In second place on the top earners list was Ray D’Arcy earning €450,000 – a €50,000 increase on his 2015 pay. Radio 1’s Joe Duffy is third on the list having earned €389,988 in 2016. Colleagues Sean O’Rourke, Marian Finucane and Miriam O’Callaghan take 4th, 5th and 6th place.
