Audio production company Tinpot Productions has launched its new radio training portal at tweakel.com.
The site aims to offer radio and media training online to the industry and the public, with 10 week radio presentation courses featuring video tutorials from Newstalk’s Jonathan Healy and Today FM’s Colm O’Sullivan.
Site owner, Daryl Moorhouse says: We’ll be producing our own material but we’re also very interested in partnering with others to create and deliver great training”.
The course, which was produced for the Gaiety School of Acting, starts in October and also includes five weeks of studio practicals.
“If you’re looking for a job in the industry, you need to understand the way it functions. When we were creating this course we viewed everything through the prism of being industry-focussed. Students will get deep insights into real world radio from the people who know,” adds Daryl.
