Marty Miller kicked off his new Marty at Work Experience feature by hitching a ride in an Irish Air Corps plane.
Marty flew in a Pilatus PC-9M across all of the counties covered by the radio station after the team at Air Corp heard Marty ask for places to visit.
He went from on the air, to in the air, and back to on the air, and the experience will be broadcast during his daytime show on 1st February.
Marty told RadioToday: “I had a BALL!! I’ve always wanted to be military, it’s in the blood, radio got me 1st though, but I jumped at this opp with Irish Air Corp.”
