The team behind Newstalk’s Off The Ball programme have all resigned, after an apparent falling out with station bosses on the future of the show.
Presenters Eoin McDevitt, Ken Early, Ciaran Murphy, Simon Hick and Mark Horgan will no longer be on-air, confirmed by a tweet from the station this afternoon.
Newstalk can confirm Eoin McDevitt, Simon Hick, Ken Early, Ciaran Murphy and Mark Horgan have resigned from its sports department.

Ger Gilroy, Newstalk Sports Editor will be joined by Cian Murtagh, David McIntyre and Joe Molloy from the Newstalk Sportsteam to take over the show from tonight.
The station has tweeted “We would like to thank Eoin, Simon, Ken, Ciaran & Mark for their contributions to the station and wish them luck in their future endeavours”
George Hook, host of The Right Hook said he was sorry to see his colleagues go but insisted they were off to look for fame and fortune elsewhere.
Off The Ball has been on-air for a decade and has won nine PPI Radio Awards in the last 10 years.
