David Tighe, a former CEO at Radio Nova, 4FM, and Live 95FM has been appointed as chief executive of Independent Radio Sales.
David was also Chairman of the Independent Broadcasters of Ireland for three years, and most recently managing director of Planet Consultants.
He replaces Dan Healy who is now in charge of 2fm.
