Prendeville’s producers also quit 96FM

Following Neil Prendeville’s move from Cork’s 96FM to Red FM, his senior producer and producer have also handed in their notice to join him at Red FM.

Senior producer Emer O’Hea-Martin and producer Colm Moore both handed in their notice yesterday, reports the Irish Examiner.

Emer has been at the station for the last 13 years, whilst Colm has been with the station for almost eight. They will both continue producing the show for stand-in presenter PJ Coogan before leaving for Neil’s new show from March 31st.

“We’ve had a great run at 96FM and have made some fantastic friends over the years but earlier this afternoon we handed in our notice,” Ms O’Hea-Martin said last night. “I’m confident Neil, Colm, and I will continue to make great radio with the support of the people of Cork, who make the show what it is.”
