Amanda Brunker is preparing for her first ever radio play to hit the Irish radio airwaves.
Dublin’s Sunshine 106.8 will broadcast Brunker’s play “Curiosity” for the first time, before a longer version hits the stage at Smock Alley and then tours the country.
The play – written & directed by Brunker and starring Leigh Arnold and Norma Sheahan (pictured) – deals with everything from female seduction, casual homophobia and the Dublin swingers scene to the darkness of a mental breakdown.
Curiosity, which Hot Press magazine describes as “often funny, nearly unfailingly of an adult nature and sure to make for interesting listening” broadcasts on Sunday, May 10th at 7pm on Sunshine 106.8.
