RTÉ 2FM presenter Louise McSharry has become the latest radio presenter to be interviewed in Castaway Media’s 738am Podcast.
During the discussion with presenter Andrew Mangan, McSharry talks about how she got her breakthrough in radio through persistence and her “brass neck”
She also discusses becoming the breakfast show presenter for iRadio, moving to RTÉ, and her hopes for the music show she does every weeknight from 8 to 10pm.
Also included in the conversation were her upbringing, dealing with loss, her impending wedding and how being given the all clear from cancer back in March has affected her and her future plans.
