Tara Murray moves to FM104 evening Takeover

Tara Murray has made the move from overnights to evenings at FM104 after 18 months at the station.

She has spent the last year or so on the radio in the middle of the night, but tweeted to say: “After a year on overnights on @FM104 I finally get to sleep like a normal person again catch me on #TheTakeover, Sun-Thurs, 7pm-9pm”

Tara began her presenting career on FRQfm straight after college where she studied Media Arts, majoring in Radio Production. She then interned for a while doing the odd cover show before moving to Limerick to work full time in SPIN South West as the presenter of TRL. As well as presenting, Tara took on the role of imaging/commercial producer on a part time basis.

Tara has replaced Steve McQuarrie who has left the station. He was heard on Radio NOVA over the weekend.
