Date set for Radiodays Ireland 2018 conference

The Radiodays Ireland industry conference will take place on February 22nd and 23rd 2018, the IBI has announced.

At the last event, Communicorp CEO Gervaise Slowey and BAI CEO Michael O’Keeffe, plus bosses from Twitter and Google took to the stage to address attendees, along with management from Classic Hits 4FM, LMFM, Beat, Q102, WLRFM, BBC Radio Ulster and Radio Kerry who were also part of the schedule, along with representatives from Newstalk, RTÉ and Red FM.

Radio Days Ireland is brought to you by the Independent Broadcasters of Ireland (IBI) and Learning Waves Skillnet, the training body for the Independent Commercial Radio Sector in Ireland.

It will be taking place at the Gibson Hotel in Dublin and supported by the IMRO, BAI and SkillNet Courses.

Meanwhile, Dan Healy, Head of RTÉ 2FM and Head of Radio Strategy for RTÉ is lined up for the Radiodays Europe event in March.
