Niall Power to speak at Radiodays Europe

Beat’s Head of Station Sound Niall Power is one of the speakers lined-up to appear at Radiodays Europe 2018.

The annual event, which moves to a new city each year, is taking place in Vienna in March.

Niall will explore different cross-platform radio station promotions, sharing his knowledge with hundreds of radio delegates from all over Europe and the World.

Niall told RadioToday: “I’m hugely excited about presenting in Vienna. At Beat, we appreciate a really great cross-platform station promotion and we’ve been recognised at the National Radio Awards numerous times for our innovative approach to station promotions.

“So, I’m on journey around the world looking at ten of the best cross-platform station promotions that have been executed over the past twelve months. From the UK to Sweden and Australia, and of course, Ireland, we’ll be looking at promotions that really delivered on-air and online. Hopefully, we can give RadioDays delegates plenty of great ideas for 2018!”

Other confirmed speakers so far include Bob Shennan, Director of Radio and Music for the BBC, Emma Theodom, Researcher Manager for BBC News and Current Affairs and Aslag Gottlieb, University of Southern Denmark, Laurent Frisch, Head of Digital at Radio France and Dennis Clark, VP of Talent Development for iHeart Media, USA.

RadioToday is an official media partner and will be updating live coverage at RadioTodayLive.com from March 18th – 20th.
