Temporary station Christmas FM has raised over €100,000 for the Childline charity after 30 days of broadcasting from a hotel in Dublin.
The station was granted a 30 day temporary licence by the BAI, which came to an end on Boxing Day covering Co Wexford on 103.8, Cork City, Co Cork on 106.7, Dublin Commuter Belt on 88.1, Co Limerick on 105.5, Dublin City & County on 94.3 and Co Galway on 89.5. Christmas FM was also available on DAB across Dublin and the South-East along with TuneIn and online.
Presenters and guests included Paul Shepard from Capitol and Southside Radio, Andrea Hayes from TV3, Spirit Team Radio’s Mark Manning, Keith Shanley from Sunshine Radio and many more.
