Dave Mac’s Drive on Red FM got a few more laughs than it usually does this week as Sports Producer Joe Harrington couldn’t quite keep it together.
The 45 second news update with Fiona Donnelly ended with “..and Anna Friel’s thinking of having her eggs frozen”, which put Joe off who then laughed his way through the sports bulletin.
The audio made it to the Red FM website, which the station writes “We read headlines every day at 4.20pm, the news person gives a 45 second update on news and we directly follow them with 45 seconds of sport.
“It’s usually very straightforward. Not yesterday.
“Our news reader Fiona finished with one of the most random stories this year, which resulted in Joe losing his usual impeccable composure.”
