The shortlist for the 2013 Love Radio Awards have been announced and iRadio leads the way with 13 nominations.
Cork’s 96FM and Classic Hits 4fm have both been shortlisted for seven awards each, whilst Galway Bay FM and Midwest Radio get six and Midlands 103 is up for five.
Other stations to get multiple nominations include Beat 102-103, Sunshine 106.8, Radio Nova, Live 95FM and WLR FM. RTE is shortlisted for three.
Altogether UTV Media Solutions has 10 nominations.

Sales Director at Beat 102-103, Liam Dunne, which got six nominations, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for Beat 102-103. We all work extremely hard to put the client and our audience first so when we’re devising advertising campaigns, we’re conscious of what the needs are of our client and how we can translate that on air so it will be of interest to our loyal 149,000 weekly listeners.”
