Voice of Ireland co-host and former Xfm London presenter Eoghan McDermott is about to start a new radio show which will be broadcast in Ireland.
Details of which station the show will be on are still to be announced, but it will be on an RTÉ service as well as a UK broadcaster.
“I’m going back to the radio in January in both the UK and Ireland,” he told the Diary.
“It’s a weird cross water/ station collaboration. It’s RTÉ and a UK broadcaster. It should be interesting.”
Eoghan was most recently on our screens on New Year’s Eve for a special pilot edition of Next Year’s News – a satirical quiz programme that tries to predict the big stories of 2014 which he’s hoping will be commissioned.
We’ve been in touch with Eoghan and will bring details of his new show as soon as we can.
