The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show is offering listeners every day this week a chance to win a break in New York City.
The promotion, which includes three nights at the Intercontinental New York Barclay Hotel in Manhattan as the main prize, is sponsored by SUBWAY and even includes a SUBWAY breakfast when the winners arrive.
Listeners enter on the phone and take part in Today FM’s version of Jeopardy with another listener. Ian gives away an answer and the callers have to shout out their name and give him the question. For example: Answer: It is located on Jones’ Road in Drumcondra and attracts many fans from around the country in the summer time. Question: Where is Croke Park.
Daily winners win a signed Tommy Bowe rugby ball and go into the draw on Friday for the trip to New York and €500 to spend.
