Secret Santa returns to Radio Nova

Radio Nova’s successful Secret Santa competition returns next Monday, December 1st for it’s 3rd year.

The Christmas promotion ran in 2012 and again in 2013, when one lucky winner picked up €5,000 in cash as well as an assortment of prizes – also worth in the region of €5,000.

Aside from the cash prize, last year’s prizes included a Fender Squire Guitar starter pack, a home bar, Sirrus gents bike, aircraft & helicopter flying lessons and 6-months free golf in the Glen of the Downs Golf club.

The competition, which returns next Monday, will see the station sending their Secret Santa out & about on the streets of Dublin and commuter belt of Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.

Listeners will have to tune in to hear clues to Secret Santa’s whereabouts and then, if they think they’ve found him (or her!), ask “Are you the Radio Nova Secret Santa?” to be in with a chance of winning the prizes.

More and more prizes will be added to the pot daily until the whole lot is won by one person – which Radio Nova guaranteeswill happen by December 23rd!

As much as you may be able to pick them up there, Nova aren’t licensed for Co. Louth, so I wouldn’t expect Louth to be mentioned!

Why Meath Wicklow Kildare ? Not Louth ? More people work in dublin from Louth than all rest !!

Fair enough Mike. Feel free to contact the BAI and say that Nova’s license should be expanded beyond what it is, but it is what it is for now and I’m pretty sure they’re not allowed send their street teams out to promote the station outside their licensed area.
