IRS+ has appointed Dave Cahill, previously Sponsorship Manager at TG4, and Karen Doyle as Account Directors.
One of the original employees of 98FM, Dave has previously worked across the newspaper, TV, outdoor and radio sectors.
“Dave has a driven focus on sales, strategy and results and will make a huge contribution to the IRS+ team and platform,” said IRS+ CEO Peter Smyth.
Meanwhile Karen has both agency and sales experience and her new role combines Karen’s strategic insight, business focus and communication skills, the company says.
“Karen has worked with two of the largest agency groups and her strategic experience will be instrumental in shaping the positioning of local radio as an integral part of the marketing mix,” Peter added.
IRS+ radio stations reach over 1.1 million daily listeners. The media sales agency recently announced the latest step in their digital consolidation process, which will see them handle agency sales for Ireland’s largest internationally-based website Irish Central, which boasts over 4.6 million page views a month.
IRS+ also announced the addition of Digital Out Of Home network supplier IPC Digital Media to its roster.
