The annual East Coast FM Wicklow Wide Coffee Morning is returning to the station on April 20th this year.
The station is hoping to raise funds and awareness for the cancer support services and The Wicklow Hospice, with 12 main venues around the county with live music and guests.
A special coffee morning in Blessington will also take place with live music from The X Factor’s Sean and Conor Price. Plus over 60 businesses are also holding mini coffee mornings for their staff and customers plus many schools are holding events for their students.
To celebrate the 10th year of the annual fundraiser which supports these service, the station is also entering a team into the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon.
Organiser Clare Hogan says “Everyone at East Coast FM is really excited about the coffee morning. The atmosphere in the station is electric. We cannot wait for the day.
“The final touches are now being made to make the events extra special. We are so thankful to the people of Wicklow, if it wasn’t for them the event would not be a success.”
