The Gig returns to FM104 for eighth year

FM104’s annual concert with new talent and established acts is back for another year.

The Gig, which is usually a sell-out, has 1,600 listeners attending for live music, helping the station raising money for ISPCC.

Commenting on the event, PD Dave Kelly says: “This is a very unique event and for a lot of listeners is the highlight of the concert year. It’s always a different night with lots of collaborations on stage.

“All profits will go the FM104 Help a Dublin Child fund for the ISPCC which does vital work for the protection of kids daily. All bands work on the night free to help the cause, so the feeling on the night is one of great achievement when we see a full house of listeners, having a great night”.

The Gig takes place on February 6th at Olympia Theatre.
