Classic Hits 4FM has been selected as the exclusive Irish radio partner for the broadcast of the Elton John “Diamonds” radio special.
The special programme will be broadcast on Classic Hits 4FM this Sunday at 5pm and hosted by Gareth O’Callaghan.
The radio special is to celebrate the release of Elton’s Ultimate Hits Collection “Diamonds” which is to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the John/Taupin phenomenal songwriting and music collaboration.
Classic Hits 4FM will also be giving listeners the chance to copies of the CD all weekend.
Gareth O’Callaghan told RadioToday: “Elton is a core artist for us and the songs on this collection are all Classic Hits. It was a real pleasure for me to have worked on this show and I’m sure our listeners will enjoy it just as much as I have.”
