Cadbury has been announced as the new sponsor of ‘Weekend Breakfast’ with Alison Curtis on Today FM.
Starting this weekend, the sponsorship agreement sees Cadbury integrated into the show through taglines, outside broadcasts, on-air and social media promotions for 12 months.
Speaking about the partnership with Today FM, Senior Brand Manager with Cadbury Ireland, Tricia Burke, said: “Cadbury recently launched its new global brand platform, which takes us back to Cadbury’s roots – a family brand, founded on generous principles. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s very easy to overlook or miss small, authentic moments of generosity and kindness, but they happen around us every day.
“Throughout 2018, we’re going to shine a light on those acts of kindness and, through various activities we will host each month, we want to encourage others to do the same. We are very pleased to be partnering with Today FM and Alison Curtis, to help raise awareness for and encourage listeners to carry out their own acts of kindness. Cadbury alongside ‘Weekend Breakfast’ on Today FM will be shining a light on the kindness and generosity that people see in everyday life with an aim to facilitate moments of human connection.
This new campaign sets out to inspire the human kindness we are all capable of with the Cadbury’s tagline stating “There’s a glass and a half in everyone”.
Attracting 158,000 listeners each weekend ‘Weekend Breakfast’ airs every Saturday (8AM-11AM) and Sunday (7AM-10AM).
